Keith from Bottom Dollar Roofing just finished completely re-roofing my house. The process has been very smooth since day 1. I called around several places for an estimate, Keith was the first person to show up, who happened to offer the lowest quotation as well. Keith was up front about needing to wait about 6 weeks before starting the job. I was provided with shingle samples from GAF HD series, which really helped with my decision. On day 1 of the job, Keith's team showed up 1/2 hour early. In fact, the team showed up 1/2 hour early everyday until the job was completed. I was told the job required 1 week to complete, but the team completed it in only 4.5 days. My husband went up on the roof to inspect the work daily and complimented on the workmanship and quality of materials used. He was very satisfied overall.
Additionally, Keith took care of visiting the city to acquire permits and scheduled inspector visits. I did not have to do anything besides paying on time. Keith's workers were also extremely professional. Besides being punctual, they were pleasant to converse with and always took time to answer my questions. They also clean up after themselves daily. They were very polite and nice people, and I could tell they take great pride in their work and service.
My house required some custom skylight dome covers, which Keith also took care of ordering, delivering and installing for me. The overall experience was very positive and I have absolutely nothing to complain about. I would recommend Bottom Dollar Roofing to anyone.

Keith's crew led by Manny came out and did an outstanding job. The roof looks great and the clean up was quick and thorough each evening. The house and garage done in three days. Highly recommend.
